Joseph C. Uram ’37

Football

Induction: 1998

Joe Uram was a fierce competitor and team leader. He earned Second Team All-State Football honors in 1935 and 1936. Uram was a captain of the 1935 and 1936 RMC Football teams. He excelled as a guard and was respected by all opponents.
As a student, he earned Omicron Delta Kappa honors.
Following graduation, Uram coached football and taught in the Richmond public schools.
