- Played for Hall of Fame head coach Carroll LaHaye
- American Women’s Sports Federation (AWSF) All-America Freshman Team in 1989
- Second Team All-ODAC, AWSF All-America Third Team in 1990 as a sophomore
- As a junior, ODAC and Basketball Gazette (national Division III) Player of the Week, Dial Classic All-Tournament Team at Montclair State College; scored 1,000th point
- Led ODAC and ranked 15th in NCAA Division III in free-throw percentage in 1991
- All-ODAC First Team, Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Division III All-State, AWSF All-America Second Team
- ODAC Player of the Week as a senior
- Second in ODAC in scoring and free throw percentage; Top 10 in NCAA in scoring in 1992
- First Team All-ODAC, VaSID All-State and AWSF All-America First Team
- Finished career with 1,505 points (tops at time of graduation) and 737 rebounds (third at time of graduation)
- Involved in Circle K international collegiate service organization, Washington Literary Society, wrote for the Yellow Jacket newspaper
- Dean’s List student and scholarship recipient
- English major with minor in journalism
- Coached junior varsity basketball at Lee-Davis High School in Mechanicsville, Va. for two years
- Works for Statewide Transportation Company
- She and husband, Randy, have two children: Lindsay and Evan
